Psychiatric drugs, be they SSRI or SNRI or tranquillizers, cannot increase any of your neuro-transmitters, although these drugs indirectly act upon the neuro-transmitters’ availability at the synapses. This is so because drugs are not food. Neuro-transmitters have to be manufactured by our body from food.

So, you decide which way you want to go to help yourself with your chronic mental problems: You will continue with the prescription drugs parallel with the nutrients or drop one of these two options?
